Try to Log in multiple ways, redirects to homepage w/o logging in

I have attempted the new log-in with the two-step verification, and using the old way with just my password and username. Either way, I go through the log in process and it always kicks me back to the home page where I am prompted to sign-in again.  I have restarted and updated my browser, but nothing seems to work.
