2 days ago last log on trying out new log on procedures which by the way took 10x longer contrary to website said improvement.
Yesterday morning till present site appears to be down yet I'm taken to what appears to be the new homepage look yet anything I select just loops back to the home page other than the crisis line. Also no secure messaging options are available which I desperately need to get in touch with my medical team.
What is the expected return to service estamate?
