I can not sign into my banking account after i noticed my bank card was declined when i have money in my account. Something seriously wrong

bank cards are down, mobile site down, customer service number down. Called a branch they are fully down. WTF is going on? Better hope this doesn’t affect people’s money or they are going to have some serious problems...
