Mobile Banking

My mobile banking app has been down off and on for several wks. It will come in and go out just as fast sometimes for mins, sometimes hours. It's a crap shoot when I log on it it will work. Also my zelle transfer won't work either. If someone sends me money while my mobile bank app is down I won't receive it. This has been a huge pain in the butt for wks.
