endless loop.....can't access,transfer or anything

trying to transfer from one account to the other. Won't acknowledge account number or card number. Asks for pin and it reads incorrect account number. Of course it's an incorrect acciunt because you asked for the damn pin. So glad I opened an account with a new bank the other month to see if they were any better. Guess it's time to close these accounts cds and investments.
