ATM Card not working - fully funded - unable to access bank by phone - too many callers

I have tried several tones to use my ATM card. Yesterday at TOPS Market and Amazon today. The account has plenty of money. i called and was told to call back later - too many callers trying to get through and the call was ended by you. What us going on?
