This site returns the above error repeatedly. There IS a connection, despite the message. The page will display but is not formatted. Links from the unformatted page work. Microsoft help is no help. Edge also fails on some other HTTPS connections, LASTPASS is one that fails then succeeds on successie tries. Crome on Android does connect and formats. Very, very frustrating because it seems to be a Microsoft issue that is not acknowledged.
