I have been unable to access MSN billpay for the past two days. I have tried calling the customer service number 877-800-4873 but it has been constantly busy. I am getting concerned. I receive the following message when I try and access the webpage:
an exception occurred: Unable to complete your request at this time, ReferenceID = "ls25*2014-05-25-15:48:42:446*WLT5-13188"
