Homepage times out. If you're lucky it sometimes starts loading but sticks on the flash animation. Very occasionally responds to ping at around 350ms but mostly 'no reply'. First observed at 05:45 GMT, still the same 4.5 hours later.

site is now loading -file up & downloads are working, perhaps a little slowly.
