Their new credit card gateway doesnt work.

Macy's credit card online management system as down for sometime with a promise that a new upgraded system will be launched on 27th August. It did launch  with a new page and look - However the link to manage your accounts leads you to register again on a new banking system which does not recognize you. And now the link is not working and gives a popup that it is currently unavailable with no reasoning nor a resolution time.

I am not sure when I am due to pay my bill. If I am unable to do so because of their system and then am charged for late payment - that will be just be unfair. So frustrated!
