I can add items to my cart, but when I try to checkout, I get a "loading, pls wait" notice. This problem has been going on since black Friday so Macys has lost all of my holiday shopping business.

Found GREAT deals on Cyber Monday and kept trying to order. Same issue as others experienced - could not submit order. Emailed Customer Service and received a reply...'to check order status use this link'. I can't check status if I can't place the order!!! Tuesday morning I had to refresh the screen and cart items. Guess what - the GREAT deals were gone. The total was over $75 higher. The wait time on the phone is very long and I have not been able to get through yet. Glad I have the email from CS with date/time stamp. I would think they have to honor my original order.
