I've been having this same problem for a couple of weeks.  I can access the Macy's site at www1.macys.com, but then can't access my account from there (get the same message when I try).  I'm able to access the Macy's website and my account from my husband's computer, so I'm thinking it must be some sort of virus/bug/etc.

 

Have you had any luck figuring it out.

I am having the same problem. Is there a fix for it?

 

I cleared the cache, temporary files, nothing works. New browser doesnt work either.

I also tried to check in program files and found no new unexpected programs installed that look suspicious.

 

Please Advise guys!!!!!

I'm still not able to access Macy's on my laptop (can on my husband's).  I asked a friend who works in computers, and he said it doesn't make sense that I can access other sites but not Macy's.  I also contacted Macy's for help, and the person I talked with told me he couldn't solve the problem but took my information and said he would forward it on, and I should hear from someone within a few days.  It's been over a week, and nothing.

I am expereiencing the same problem but it have been going on over a month almost 2 months now.  I now  have to call in to pay my Macys bill since I am not able to access their website but all other websites work fine. When I called about the problem everyone I talk to says it working and offers no soltion. I have cleared all my cookies and it still does not work. I just plan to make my last payment and close my account with them and shop somewhere else until they fix their website.

DNS server settings need to be changed. thats the solution. i fixed mine already.
