khols site must have crashed on black friday...it kept saying my password is not correct and to hit forgot my password and it would send a email message to me.....but that never happened...and the phone lines where backed up to next week... never seen it this bad before..I shop a lot on the holidays on the internet and mostly don't have problems but this was crazy and would not clear it self ......
