Will not let me place my order.

It  takes me to shopping cart, I apply cupons, then when I choose Place Order tab it takes me to login page, over and over.  Will not allow me to place my order, keeps directing me to login. I have shut down my computer, logged out of site and back on, been going on since 10:00 EST. Annoying.
