Kohls app won’t open. When I click on the app, the Kohl’s logo comes up and then the screen goes black. I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on again and it still won’t work. All of my updates are up to date on my phone so I don’t understand why I can’t get the app to open. Not having any problems with any other app, just Kohls

Kohls app totally dark on iPad but working on my phone. I’ve turned the iPad off, checked the App Store, etc. and it continues to go blank when I open the Kohls app. Yet it’s working on my phone. All updates on iPad are current.
