I can get the website up but can't get any of the merchandise or category links to show. when I click
on them. Or any other features either like cart or account. pretty much nothing. So frustrating, I love Kohls stuff too.

I found the solution. I had to Accept all cookies in Internet options on the Privacy tab and download and enable Java. Seems to be working now just fine.
