can't log in

Tells me if I want to sign in I must click on "forgot my password" and they will send a link to my email. Two days ago I did that twice and no email received. Tried to sign in again today (Saturday 1-19-19) and same thing, click on "forgot my password." Still no email with link to change password has been sent to me.
