Spoke with Kohl's representative yesterday after not being able to access my account online. He first said that it might be my browser which is Microsoft Edge. Then he said I probably tried so many times to access, that my account was now locked. I used Microsoft Edge last month to access, so what's going on - my problem or Kohl's??????? Thanks,
