As requested, tried to update Kohl's app, but once you try to update via Google Play Store it states your Samsung phone is not compatible. Please correct issue weather on your end or my end. I tried to attach to screenshots , however it would not allow me to do that. Thanks so much!

I also get the message that my samsung 7 edhe phone s not compatable when trying to update frim google play store. Your customer servicr rep said to u install the app, poeer off phone for a minte and reinstall the app. But when reinstalling it says my device is not compatable. Help! 4
