Won't allow me to sign in online and look at my funds status

Every time I try to go to the key2benefits.com site and asked me to put in my ID name and password and I do and I immediately get a screen saying processing error please contact your provider or something very similar to that. I'm assuming it has something to do with the immense power outages all over Connecticut, but if this isn't fixed by Tuesday at about 1 a.m. I'm sure you guys already I know all about this problem. some please do your best to get it resolved as soon as possible, thank you.
