Your website is completely down. As a Bank, customers need access ASAP! Please call your tech people and restore!

Key Bank has been down all day. Not acceptable.
The problem is that using the site does not cost the customer, but more than 8 calls a month to the toll free line results in service charges. When the website is down, then the bank should not count calls made to the toll free line on those days.
