It keeps saying my username or password is incorrect, thats impossible their saved to my phone, all I do is click it everytime I log in! So I hit forget password and username (I tried both) had me enter all my information and now its saying communication error

Same here. I tried the automated phone system to check my balance but it says they're having technical difficulties.
