App and desktop both unable to connect to server 2 different accounts 2 different accesses.

My KEY app has been unable to connect several times. The message reads "The Connection to the server was unsuccessul (file:///android_asset/www/index.html. If I turn off wi-fi)", the app is able to connect. So the problem seems to be a conflict created by wi-fi being on. Don't know if it is the APP that is the problem or my phone.
