Unable to access my account

It's been two weeks and I'm unable to login to my account, check balances, pay bills, etc... This is so unacceptable!! Over the last few weeks, the messages were different: too many users try later, doesn't recognize my username or ID, experiencing technical issues try later.......
Last week, I went into the bank to have someone help me. This attempt was unsuccessful.

please help!!!
