Just called custmer service - you think they would update a FB page or email these instructions to their customers - Go to settings / general / iphone storage, go to key bank and "offload the app" once done delete the app, go to appstore and reinstall the key mobil app - manually type in your user and password (will not work with facial rec / set this up after). Should be good to go
