My deposit is always processed and in my account the day after the funds are released by 4 am. There is nothing there.

My unemployment was released yesterday 265.19 x 3 and there is no deposit on my card !!
my funds from unemployment was released yesterday and always get deposited in my account the next at 3a.m. and its not in there yet. please fix this now.
Im charging keybank 10 percent for every hour i have to wait for my deposit. What kinda banking system breaks down because of money flow. Sounds stupid
