Mobile deposit not showing up on app

The mobile app is not working correctly . I sign on and the deposit window is missing. I sign off and sign on again on my iPad the deposit window shows up but immediately as soon as you touch the box to use the deposit an error window pops up saying error you are depositlong over the limit. I haven't even put in an amount. The KeyBank app is just awful. This happened to me a month ago, "after I made a deposit" I received an over the limit error response and then I called the bank and they said everything was OK.
