Mobile deposit not completing

Go through the entire process for a mobile check deposit but when the Submit Deposit button is hit, get a spinning wheel then are returned to the deposit page with everything filled in, appearing to not have processed. No errors or messages. Tried repeatedly with same result. Checked via desktop app and do not see mobile deposit, either.
