Mobile app not working for days now

I have been trying to deposit checks that have already been endorsed for "mobile deposit only" and I cannot open the app on my phone or my wife's phone which has never even had the app until this morning.  When will these be fixed and is there any way possible I can still deposit the checks at my local branch? Since this is clearly not my fault.
