Haven't received any direct deposit

I bank through Huntington but a program I'm employed through, uses Keybank. I was supposed to recieve my direct deposit and I never did, it's not even pending. I called Huntington and explained everything to them and they said that if anything, it would be on their end. Meaning there must be a problem going on with Keybank.
