Gray Screen

When opening the app, the keybank splash screen shows, then goes to a blank gray screen. Tried dumping the data and cache, same issue. Had this problem last week and finally reinstalled the app and it worked fine. I shouldn't have to reinstall the app everytime I want to check my account or deposit a check.
