Can't see my account once logged in

Called customer service who advises a current problem that may go into Sunday. Will have online phone assistants available however. This has continued from 11am EST when first noted, and now at 3pm still not working.  I can log in, but when I do, can't see my account - just the menu across the top.

Same here.  Can log in but my accounts for show.  I also see menu across the top.  

If this was resolved, please let us know what caused it and what was the fix.
