Cannot complete app deposit

mobile deposit down as of 4:26 p.m. 10/4/21; installed iphone software update 15.0.1; uninstalled and re-installed app; spoke with support 4 times; understanding, but could not fix problem; attempted manual on deposit; have been advised to check tonight or tomorrow
