Just like the store, website is going down the toilet

Will not move from page to page. Get repeated Microsoft erros stating that page will need to re-load. Have been having this problem before, and only on this site. With a good number of their stores closed or closing, this may be the beginning of the end for JCP. Costs too much to keep their site running.
