Can't Check OUT Dec 2 2019 6:00 pm CST

Second day in a row can't start new customer registration. Been trying for the last hour to check out, after finally being able to add email and set up password, when I try and check out where it asks for address, city, etc. the field is blue, click on it to type in my info and it turns RED and will not let you enter anything. When you "re-click" the field by placing your curser in the box it just continues to remain red. Called cust svc but she was unable to understand and had me re-set my password which didn't work either.
