Going on 10 hours down now ! I see Circuit Court in my future.

- Email on laptops/computer still down, for 10 hours now. - OCS is up, after 10 hours (for now) (whoopee, not what I need). - Email to phone...spotty....a few came through after 10 hours, but mostly not functioning.

Yes, we're getting spotty email on mobile, but not 100% of the stuff we missed (seems current though) and although we received a message saying "most customers are online", we are apparently among those few who are not, for Exchange. Still.

The "most customers are online" is BS mostly likely. Just trying to quell fears, making customers think they will be up soon...while stretching it as best they can to COB and hope all go home so they can frantically continue to work on it tonight and overnight. This is entirely inexcusable for a company this large, probably close to 400,000 customers.

Surely they don't think that COB is a time on the clock...at least, I hope not. Our business day keeps going until we get this problem resolved and are able to finish today's work. If that's all night, then we're here all night. I would think that for the IT and management groups at most of their customers, that's true. Gosh, let's hope they're not simply going to get it another hour and then call in for pizza and spend their evening working on it. It's still shocking to me that they didn't have a plan B. It isn't like a meteor hit the planet... I just received a text saying "Resolved Event Network connectivity issues." Really?

we just started with intermedia a month ago, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone as all the phone numbers are redirected to a not available message, our salesman's phone has been disconnected. I did receive an email thanking us for our payment on Saturday.

Was that email accompanied by the sound of maniacal laughter??
