Site is down - cannot renew license plate online

I've tried to reach https://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/vehicles/onlinerenewals/home.html and https://www.ilsos.gov/LicenseRenewal and both come back with "Site cannot be reached".  This occurred on 11/16 and 11/17/20
