Will not let you move past store selection

I'm just trying to order but I can't get past the store selection.  I was able to put in my personal information on my ipad but wouldn't let me get to the payment.  I am trying on my personal computer and cell phone and neither are getting past the store selection.  It's crazy because if I try this at 7am, it says the store is already full of orders and won't let me purchase.
