Will not accept payment and confirm order

Get to the payment page and it will not take payment, saying "sorry tech error, try another card or try again later". Been doing this for 10 days now...is this software system archaic??? And when I talk to customer service (which took 5 days to reach a person) they cany help with click & collect and only offered to deliver my stuff for $200! The Renton site clearly says they are open for click and collect...why dont they take orders?!?
