Payment server down

Tried multiple credit cards. COnfirmed with customer service agent (9/5/22 8am EST):

I regret to inform you that, currently the payment server is down. Please do not make multiple attempts because it would block your IKEA account and you won't be able to place an order for 3 days. Our technical team is working on it. I would suggest you to please give it try after 24 hours.
