Issues with site. Took multiple tries to get order placed (I thought). Then wouldn't let me to calculate delivery. Only option was click and collect. Fine. Order placed and credit card charged. No email confirmation. Called IKEA. Actually got a live person after 10 minutes. Couldn't find order and said needed to transfer me. Got recording about high call volumes and can't take call. Disconnected. Now it says not taking calls. And my credit card still has a charge on it.

This happend to me as well. I was charged actually went to ikea click and collect no one could help me ...actually spoke to customer service on phone no one could help me...apparently my order doesnt exist but i was charged. I guess my next step is file a dispute with my visa card. Very unhappy.
