Since customer service phone line not accepting calls this is only recourse and it doesnt work either.

I canno recover my account, nor set up a new account. I utilize Duckduckgo as a browser, hoever when I use edge etc, I still cannot reset my password to purchase from you. This makes doing business with you very difficult. I tried to set up a new account but I get an error that an account with this e-mail already exists. I tried to get a 1 time code with my verified phone number (I have had the same number for years) I do not receive the code. Please advise as to how I might access your website and make purchases through my account which I have had for years.
