I have been trying to place an order for 2 week, unsuccessfully. I have got several messages, invalid basket, try another credit card and a few other. Last night i noticed that the Ikea family # on the sheet I printed was completely diffrent than the on the long in. Now the account is a complete mess and it wont let me do anything. This has gone on for 2 weeks. I know these are difficult times, but Ikeas web site is terrible. Is there any help with this?
