You have to open an Incognito browsing window in Chrome and then login and process checkout. To get an incognito browsing window in Chrome, click on the red circle icon with a white house in the top right corner and select 'New incognito window.' From there, nativate to the Ikea website, login and complete checkout. It just worked for me after a full day of getting the same error message that you did. Good luck!
