4th day site has been down

Identity Guard has been down for 4 days now. There is NO explanation on the website for their downtime other than "Maintenance" which was "2 days" before it turned into 4. How can you trust a company like this with your personal information if they can't give updates on their issues?

They are very active on their Facebook page. They have given reason as to why the site is down.

Seems like 5th day in with site being offline. Will be interesting to hear what they finally have to say. They have been good over the years, so curious to know what the deal is. They should at least get an email to all of their customers.

Owned by company called Intersections in Chantilly, VA. They say system went down Friday (10/19) and has been intermittent since then due to hardware failure, although my experience is that it has been mostly down. They say it is being addressed and should be up/running by end of today.

Angela I hate to inform you but it is not UP? Wht kind of service can we expect if I get a warning from you and I cannot access it?
