Cannot login to mobile app or website

I have been unable to login to the website or the mobile app since at least Friday 8/20/2021- Unsure what the issue is, but is getting very frustrating. It tells me the login info is incorrect, and when I try to reset password, it tells me my user name is incorrect. Tried to have an email sent to reset user name and it never appears.
