Can not log into bank website or the app

I've been trying to log into my Huntington Account for 20 minutes and I keep getting an error message.  I've tried different browsers and also on the app but I keep getting the error message.  I'm on hold for customer support but was told it would take about 40 minutes wait to speak to someone.
