www.us.hsbc.com is down or not accessible form Overseas since one week

This US Site is down or not accessible from South America, I can only access the site via a proxy server, but I am unable to bank as the conecction is not secure. This state of affairs is now running for almost a week. What a shame for a "global"bank. One cannot access outside the US.
