Won’t pull rates for IOS app and won’t open at all on Android

Previously the slickest of all the many apps I used.  It's been absolutely useless for over a month.  After removing and re-installing multiple times, it is still down and forces me to the website where you have to log in every time and is slower than molasses in January.

Ruined it.
