Unable to book (or view) rooms!

each time. every email follow up. Member can progress to viewing available rooms and then is booted out to "it's not you.."

can't even re-book. 

note: many verifiction photos to go through each time to prove not a robot. Dont recall such a long time! 

Was on hold on phone for 35 minutes last night and hung up. Ugh.
